Ms. Lutter’s foray into the real estate industry was sparked once she began going to open houses – a turning point where she decided that she could host them herself and make a sufficient living in the field. She pinpoints that starting her own full-service real estate brokerage and management company has been the best part of her career thus far. Her real estate expertise has allowed her to interact with and provide services to the Southwest Florida population. Prior to developing her business, Ms. Lutter served as a contractor for the United States Department of the Navy. Having completed college coursework, she volunteers as an ombudsman for United States Senator John C. Stennis. Her hobbies include reading, playing sports and supporting the Everblades hockey team. Over the course of the next five years, Ms. Lutter intends to continue offering her professional services to the real estate industry.
