Maggie Rubey Lynch Maggie Rubey Lynch, senior vice president of the Worldwide Recruitment and Executive Search Department at Time Warner Inc., has recently earned a position an Executive of the Year in Corporate Recruitment with Cambridge Who’s Who. Ms. Rubey Lynch has served for over ten years in her capacity with Time Warner Inc., a reputable media and entertainment company that provides film and publishing commodities, online content and networking services. As operations manager, her daily duties entail handling business development, interacting with candidates and clients, overseeing the executive search team and planning strategies. Ms. Rubey Lynch also promotes internal mobility and workplace diversity, identifies and fulfills human capital needs, and conducts senior searches for the company’s many joint ventures whenever necessary.

She began working in the industry more than 20 years ago, fueled by a passion for resourcefully interacting with people; and a desire to utilize her interpersonal skills in a professional role. Prior to joining Time Warner Inc., Ms. Rubey Lynch worked for Warner Bros. in Los Angeles. While serving in that function, she initiated a corporate revenue stream by conducting senior searches for some of the company’s many joint ventures. In 2003, she expanded the team and opened a satellite office in London to recruit for Time Warner businesses in Europe and Africa. Prior to her role at Time Warner, Inc., she also served as a senior executive and divisional vice president of organizational development at Robinsons-May in California, a line executive at Dillard’s Inc. in Texas, and a principal at Gary Kaplan & Associates in Los Angeles.

Ms. Rubey Lynch received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the former Southwest Texas State University, which is now Texas State University-San Marcos, in 1986. She is a member of the Advisory Board of the Executive Search Information Exchange, Women in Film and the British Academy of Film and Television Arts.
