Many of her clients are going through a highly emotional and life-changing experience, the outcome of which will affect their future and that of their children.

Chemtob, Moss, Forman & Talbert, LLP is one of the largest firms in New York City with a focus on divorce, family and matrimonial law. The firm's partners are actively involved in their client's cases from inception to resolution. They have dealt with a wide range of issues involving divorce, child custody and visitation, spousal and child support, geographic relocation, negotiation of pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and separation agreements, same sex partner cohabitation and dissolution agreements, grandparent visitation and paternity matters. When handling these situations the partners at Chemtob, Moss, Forman & Talbert, LLP always find a customized solution instead of generalizing their client's needs.

Chemtob earned her JD from the University of Miami in 1990 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1992. She also holds a bachelor's degree in South Asian history from Syracuse University, New York (1987). She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association, New York County Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Art for Life. Chemtob is also the co-founder of Friends of Newborn Medicine, an organization created to support the Jo Carole and Ronald S. Lauder Newborn Intensive Care Unit at Mount Sinai Hospital.

Nancy Chemtob joined Cambridge Who's Who as a VIP member in June 2007. Cambridge Who's Who offers its members recognition and exposure of their accomplishments, credibility in their field and networking opportunities to stimulate career growth. Chemtob was selected for the Cambridge Who's Who Notable Member Wiki because of her highly respected expertise in the area of matrimonial law and her dedication and attention to her clients and their needs.
