Jesse T. In addition, Dr. Quatse’s outside business endeavors allow him to serve as an entrepreneurial executive and the co-founder of several turnarounds and start-ups, and implement successful exit strategies, including both IPO and acquisitions. Dr. Quatse earned a Ph.D. in electrical engineering and computer science after receiving a master’s degree in the same field of study, and completing coursework at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Quatse also received a bachelor of science in physics. He was granted a patent on the optimized high-speed arithmetic unit of the G-20 mainframe computer at Bendix Computer and received the Bendix Doctoral Study Award from David Evans; he has tread a path of continuous success since completing his studies and earning his patents.
